CANCELLATION of Hiking Events inside madrid.
in case of changing in your plans and you want to cancel your spot for the hiking events, You can cancel your spot before the 10 hours of the event to get 100% return of your payment. you can recive your paid amount within 14 working days at your bank account. you also have the option to use your reservation for any future hike. please be sure that you are not going to lose your payments.
CANCELLATION of Hiking Events outside madrid.
This policy is valid for hikes in Cuenca, Alvila, Gredos and Valencia. In case of changing in your plans and you want to cancel your spot for the hiking events, You can cancel your spot before 48h hours of the event to get 100% return of your payment. you can recive your paid amount within 14 working days at your bank account. if you miss or you didnt cancel your spot before 48h, then Sorry we will not issue any part of your payment. Because for long distance hikes we are renting a private bus and hiring a local exprience guide, which we are paying in advance and they do not have any return policy.
CANCELLATION of Products Orders.
When placing an order at our online store, you have the option to cancel it within 14 days of receiving the order. During the cooling-off period, you must treat the product and packaging with care, and you may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to test its nature, characteristics and effect. In other words, you may basically only use and inspect the product , in the event of a return, we may able to resell it in our store.
These are the steps to follow if you wish to return one or more products:
1) Send us an email (info@madridexpats.com) informing us of which product(s) you wish to return. You must include the product name and order number.
2) Return the product(s) with all its accessories, as far as possible in its original packaging, unused, and include a copy of the invoice, your order number and your IBAN number. Once we receive your return shipment and our Returns Department processes it, we will refund the amount within 14 days to the account used to pay for the order.
The costs of returning the order will be paid by the customer. However, we will refund the shipping costs of the original order. If you want to return part of an order, we will partially refund the shipping costs. For example, if you have purchased three products and want to return one, we will refund one third of the shipping costs. If you have purchased three products and want to return two, we will refund two thirds of the shipping costs. If you want to return all the products in the order, we will refund the full shipping costs.
