Our New Route. Magnificent Route For hiking. Route with forest, rivers, Cave, rocks and nature that starts from the town of Soto del Real and ends in Manzanares el Real crossing La Pedriza. 

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Information and Technical Sheet of the Hike: 

We will start the route from the town of Soto Del Real, passing through La Raja (Cave) and going up to La pedriza and we will finish the Route in Manzanares el Real. One way route.

This Route is not Recommended for initial hikers.

Difficulty: Hard level / Alto.

Total Distance: 14km

Maximum altitude 1,312 m.

Minimum altitude 803m.

Elevation change: 564m.

Leaving Madrid: 9:30am

Coming back to Madrid: 16:30 or 17:30pm 

The track is not difficult, except for the last kilometer before reaching at La Gran Cañada de La Pedriza, where there are some steeper slopes. see the photos in description of the route. We will do the route with enough Mini Stops for rest. We will start the route after having a coffee in Soto del Real Town. at the end of the hike we go for beers in Manzanares el Real if there will be enough time for the bus back to Madrid.

By Bus: we are going by bus. meet us at intercambiador de plaza castilla ( underground bus station of plaza de Castilla) at 09:15 h. For departure at 09:30 h. Bus to Miraflores, Bus Number 725 Dock 28.One way cost 4,10€ and you pay to the bus driver. The bus does not accept card payment. You have to bring change of € 5 or € 10. If you have abono joven then the bus trip is Free. 

By private car: Sorry. No cars this time because the start and the end point of the hike is not the Same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cost / Charges:

The Charges are only 10€. pay online. Only accepting reservations by website. in case you paid and later you are not able to join the hike, you are NOT losing your payment, just let me know by whatsapp and then you can use this reservation for any future hike. The Price (10€) includes only Hike guide, everyone must pay by own public transport charges, which are mention above. if you want insurance, It is possible to arrange a personalized accident insurance for only 5€ providing name, surname and ID/Passport Number.

It is necessary to bring hiking or sports shoes, Comfy clothes, summer cap, sun protection cream, a warm jacket in case the weather get chilly, Your lunch and 1.5L water (minimum). Your lunch and 1.5L water (minimum).

in case of Rain we are not going to cancel this event. please bring rainy jacket or a small umbrella.

3. All our hiking events are lead by experience hiking guide, who sets the pace of the group, stops, etc. The Guide have the Right to block the person from the Group in case of misbehave, bad vibes or messing with other members of the Group.

4. All our events are accessible by Madrid Public Transport. We do not offer any type of Travel or Accident insurance.
